Client Had Been Charged With 13 Counts

LOS ANGELES — Robert M. Helfend, attorney at law, is proud to announce a recent favorable result for a client.

The client was charged with 13 counts of child molestation. Through effective investigation and cross examination, Mr. Helfend was able to establish that the accuser in the case was untruthful and had a motive to lie.

As a result, the trial ended in a hung jury. The count was 10 to 2 on the first charge, and 6 to 6 on the remaining charges.

“With a hard-fought and aggressive defense, we were able to get justice for my client,” Mr. Helfend said.
