Los Angeles DUI Lawyer
A drunk driving arrest is never fun to deal with, but a holiday arrest can be exceptionally expensive. In California, the DMV immediately suspends your driver’s license when police arrest you for intoxicated driving. It does not matter if you’re alcohol- or drug-impaired. The process and the sanctions are still the same.
The DMV process is completely separate from the criminal process that will follow. Most impaired driving arrests in California result in misdemeanor charges. The circumstances of your particular case will determine the charges you will face.
