An experienced criminal defense attorney is your best defense when you’ve been accused of sexual misconduct. Robert Helfend practices criminal defense exclusively and takes cases in Los Angeles County and throughout the Southern California area, including Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Prosecutors have a clear understanding of how to prosecute sexual offenses, and not all cases are a matter of one person’s word against another. Robert Helfend can bring together the legal and forensic experts you’ll need to build a successful defense, and challenge the evidence against you. Prosecutors rely heavily on circumstantial evidence in sexual assault cases. It may be up to your attorney to help the judge and jury see an alternate interpretation of the evidence. In that case, doesn’t it make sense to work with the most experienced criminal defense attorney?
Defense attorneys can never guarantee that your case will be dismissed or that the charges against you will be reduced, but Robert Helfend can guarantee that he will fight aggressively to defend your rights in court, regardless of the charges against you. He does not judge his clients based upon what they’ve been accused of, or what the evidence seems to suggest. He works hard to get the best possible outcome for your case.
