An El Monte man was arrested on charges of domestic violence, auto theft, evading and resisting arrest. Cesar Antonio Bobadilla, who was the subject of an arrest warrant for domestic battery, was spotted driving in El Monte. He sped off at a high rate of speed. Eventually, Bobadilla lost control of his car and crashed in the City of Baldwin. He initially fled the crash scene on foot but was located and arrested. The car he crashed was reported stolen.
