Jim Marchese, husband of Amber Marchese, formerly of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence shortly after the couple boarded a plane at Los Angeles International Airport.
Amber Marchese says that her husband was not abusing her, nor has he ever abused her. Instead, she says that they were engaged in what she termed “heavy PDA.” When the couple was removed from the airplane, Marchese says she was drinking a glass of wine and her husband was sleeping. Witnesses reported that a female victim was grabbed by the throat and threatened during the incident. Police booked Jim Marchese on a charge of domestic abuse.
